This squirrel enjoyed his snack
in the sun, on a cottonwood stump by the hawthorn bush.
New plants used to keep emerging in the backyard; especially in the blackberry thicket, under the cottonwoods. Among these surprises were hawthorn, oaks, mulberries, honeysuckle and swamp rose.
