Painted from the platform near the Isasmelt furnace at the copper smelter, Mount Isa Mines.
The nearest pot of molten copper, is matte that has just been removed from the rotary holding furnace and is about to be poured into one of four converters. Painted on site, wearing appropriate safety gear including respirator. |
