Painted from the eastern end of
the crane aisle at the copper smelter, Mount Isa Mines.
The huge cast iron pots used for carting molten copper along the crane aisle would eventually wear out. Damaged pots were then set aside for possible repair. Painted on site, wearing appropriate safety gear.
